ADD the "Transfer" icon to the bottom of "orders" screen
The transfer icon at the bottom of the " table" screen needs to be added to the bottom of the "order" screen. Currently there is NO way to transfer a pickup order that was placed "online" as confirmed by your technician Jason. We must be able to transfer orders to the correct server so they can receive the tips. Also, transferring from every individual "server status" screen is time consuming during a rush.

New order screen default in 7.8.4.
Please allow us the option to toggle this functionality. Original PJ's would like to allow servers to view all tickets and have it default to "ALL" like in previous versions.

Allow for carry-out only or pick-up only specials to be ordered online.
Allow for "Carry-out" only specials to be ordered online. It appears that now all items you make avaliable online are for both "pick-up and delivery". If I want to do a $5.99 carry out only, the only way customers can order it is in store or over the phone. If I make it avaliable online, they select it for delivery.

Thanks for the suggestion. The best way to do this would be to create a coupon that marked your item down to $5.99, for carry out only. You could set up a coupon category on the Online site, call it “Carry out specials” and list all these offers — which will start a coupon walk thru to pick the items that are required, but won’t allow users to get the deal if they choose delivery. Please give our support team a call if you need help setting this up!

I think it would be prety cool to have an override button on the menu.
For instance, if there is a $4 off coupon and for some reason is not valid on the order, a manger can overide the specifications of the coupon to make it valid even though the computer may not think it is. Another example would be on the menu if there is a item that is not valid in the menu, a manager could override that and make it valid for that order only.

BRING BACK UNDO-SEATTLE BUTTON FOR DRIVER END OF DAY
MAKES IT SO TENDERS CAN BE CHANGED IF CUSTUMER SAYS THEY'RE PAYING CASH AND END UP PAYING WITH CHECK. OTHERWISE WE'RE COUNTING A CHECK AS CASH AND VISA VERSA.

Thanks for the suggestion. With a goal of simplifying user training , we’re trying to keep a consistent way of doing all tendering (instead of having 2 different ways to tender an order) so we have directed the workflow to the normal tender screen. With that said, we’ve gotten feedback that it needs to be easier to initiate a tender change from the driver details screen. So, in our upcoming version 8 release, we’ve added a link from this screen to let you undo the settle and load the ticket to retender. This will be out for beta within a few weeks, I hope it will help improve your workflow.In the meantime, you can go to the order screen, click on the order’s total to bring up the Full Review, and undo settle from there.

Print Multiple tickets for a table/party with one button
Would like to suggest a way to print multiple receipts for a table. When you click a table, and have 4 or 6 open tickets it pops up a window to show them all, could you possible add a button to Print All? Instead of having to recall all of them, or click each and Reprint from the order screen? Would be a faster way to handle large split tables :)

Need the ability for curbside pickup for the mobile app
Convenience is critical for customers. Many of our customers are Moms and Dads with kids in the car pulling into a busy shopping plaza. If a customer has the ability to place an order online, they should be able to notify us when they are here for pickup so we can walk the order out to them "curbside". Take a look at the mobile apps for places like McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Chick Fila. Allow searching of specific items in orders
I would like to be able to search for a specific item when recalling or looking for orders.
i.e.: Employee loses ticket for a lg cheese pizza, i should be able to go to the system and search that item to find which tickets have that item on them and then reprint.5 votesHi Cody,

I suggest that you give us the option when building a coupon to have Thr!ve charge for any non-included toppings.
We have an offer that's 2 10 inch specialty pizzas for $25. But those pizzas range in price from $12.99 - $19.99! So if we do fixed price for each of $12.50 with max discount of $7.49 (to cover a $19.99 pizza) then if they order that $12.99 pizza, they can order $7 worth of toppings before getting charged! ... if only we could just tell it to charge for non-included toppings.

Hi! Thanks for the suggestion. Setting your business hours in Thr!ve serves to limit when orders can be taken. If you don’t want a limit, I would recommend that you set your hours for a 24 hour day, such as starting at 5:00 AM and ending at 04:59 AM next day.

Make a sound when a new order is added to an empty KPS screen
To alert kitchen staff if a new order is placed, make a sound on the KPS screen

fix reprint issues when someone adds to an existing order.
make it so when a customers calls back to add to an order that it prints that item to the kitchen with the words revised on top, and at the same time the reciept ticket reprints with the new item on it and also says revised on the top of the ticket just like vital link does.... so that everyone knows there is a new ticket and we can look for all the correct items and not forget things like is happening now.

Enhancement to Out of Stock
The Out of Stock feature currently makes you choose an item from a list of all of the categories and this list is not alphabetical so it can be difficult to find the correct category to choose an item from. For example, go into our vast expanse of items and try to select every instance of mushrooms to mark that as being out of stock. Very difficult to do.

ADDING A ZONE COLUMN TO THE 'DRIVER STATUS" REPORT
IT WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL IF A COLUMN IN THE "DRIVER STATUS" REPORT WAS ADDED THAT SHOWED WHAT ZONE EACH DELIVERY IS. THIS IS ON THE REPORT THAT YOU CAN LOOK AT FOR WHAT DELIVERIES HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED. THIS WOULD MAKE IT EASIER TO JUDGE HOW LONG A DRIVER WILL BE GONE BECAUSE WE WILL NOT HAVE TO EXIT OUT OF THE DRIVER STATUS REPORT, GO TO THE TICKET AND SEE THE ZONE. IT WOULD ALL BE ON ONE SCREEN.

When high security level payroll manager needs to just take orders.

Smaller Icons for online ordering menu
Make smaller Icons so that those of us with larger menus do not have the customer scrolling down the online menu a lot maybe 5 windows across!

Customer calls and reorder previous order, there should be options to deffer or give coupon discounts. the software doesnt have that feature
Reorder option doesnt allow you to deffer or offer coupons. When cutomer reorder fram previous, the gear (option) icon doesnt show up to be able to give coupn offer or deffer order. Please check into making that a possible option.

In the meantime as a workaround if you click on another icon at the top of the screen like the Help or Dispatch, and then back to the Menu icon, it should refresh and show the Options icon.

KPS to print at multiple locations when bumped
I need the KPS to print at 2 locations when bumped. As of now, it only has the option to print at 1.

Combine driver credit card tip report with any other tip they report manually
Drivers credit card tips shows in driver tip report but some driver get additional tips that is not part of their delivery and when they report those tips it only shows in payroll, It would be great if those tips can be seen at driver payroll tips location and if possible have totall so we can see all their tips at one place it realy helps adding them together for reporting.
Thanks!4 votesHi! If drivers enter those other tips during the driver close process on the driver status screen, they will get recorded just like the credit card tips. If drivers enter tips during the “Declare tips at clock off” process, that is more like an override of all system-reported tips and that is what will show on payroll. So if you want the 2 reports to be the same, they should enter all the tips on a per order basis prior to driver close shift. Thanks!
