  1. Combine driver credit card tip report with any other tip they report manually

Drivers credit card tips shows in driver tip report but some driver get additional tips that is not part of their delivery and when they report those tips it only shows in payroll, It would be great if those tips can be seen at driver payroll tips location and if possible have totall so we can see all their tips at one place it realy helps adding them together for reporting.
    Thanks!

Hi! If drivers enter those other tips during the driver close process on the driver status screen, they will get recorded just like the credit card tips. If drivers enter tips during the “Declare tips at clock off” process, that is more like an override of all system-reported tips and that is what will show on payroll. So if you want the 2 reports to be the same, they should enter all the tips on a per order basis prior to driver close shift. Thanks!

  2. ADDING A ZONE COLUMN TO THE 'DRIVER STATUS" REPORT

IT WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL IF A COLUMN IN THE "DRIVER STATUS" REPORT WAS ADDED THAT SHOWED WHAT ZONE EACH DELIVERY IS. THIS IS ON THE REPORT THAT YOU CAN LOOK AT FOR WHAT DELIVERIES HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED. THIS WOULD MAKE IT EASIER TO JUDGE HOW LONG A DRIVER WILL BE GONE BECAUSE WE WILL NOT HAVE TO EXIT OUT OF THE DRIVER STATUS REPORT, GO TO THE TICKET AND SEE THE ZONE. IT WOULD ALL BE ON ONE SCREEN.

Hi! Thank you for your suggestion. We currently show “Open Drawer” on the Open Drawer report instead of a ticket # if the drawer was opened on a No Sale. We can certainly add to the wish list to be able to filter this report to only show the “No Sale” type drawer opens.

  4. a report that you can customize to employee if wat that show all authorizations.

be able to track who is over riding set amounts. Not enought for a coupon to be added or not enought for delivery. Can see authorize by bunt can see in report if no money was taken off. Still lost if not added in the fist place.

  5. Trend Report - Excel should export to format of colomns and rows versus printed output. Excel analysis in current format is labor intensive

PROBLEM :User required to manipulate data to attempt to analyze in excel due to data format and data type translations for dates SOLUTION: For the export, (1) the columns headers should be Date, Gross Order Total, Total Net Sales, Total Sales, Daily Average Sales, (the rest of the row headers), etc.., all on the top. (2) The data values populated underneath the appropriate column headers (3) Export to Excel would be seamless without manipulating the data output for analysis purposes (4) correct data format to be mm/dd/yyyy. BENEFIT: Quickly and easily export data and take advantage of all the functions…

I need to have a "Tips" column instead of breaks or lunches paid or not paid, I need to see the daily hours and daily tips reported, where is the report for that?

  7. Tips

Is there a way to see tips at hourly intervals? We split tips per shift and are having trouble knowing what there are in tips (am lunch shift) as the totals are not correct and we're not sure we are looking in the right spot. We can see the day totals after registers are closed but these figures do not match Tips Retained on reports.

Hi! We don’t have a report that specifically breaks out tips on an hourly interval,. The easiest way to see this would probably be on the credit card batch screen. You can also pay tips out mid-shift – just go to the “Close register” function, pay out the tips, then cancel the close process if you don’t want to count out your register at that time. The tips will record as paid and will not ask you to pay out again.

  8. Create an Audit Trail Report For Notes

The Note Feature in the customer profile screen is used often to document any issues, concerns or special requests. As a Manager / Owner, I would like to see when new notes are created so I can be made aware. It would be great to have an Operations Report that I can select a date range and any notes created in a customer profile can be viewed. Customer name, phone number, date of the note, employee who entered and the note itself would be the information desired.

  9. Manager Homepage Dashboard Reporting Enhancement

Regularly, we are comparing year over year comparisons as it relates to sales. While the feature is available on the dashboard to adjust the date to whatever you want to compare, it would be a great time saver to add another button to "Previous Day LY" and "Next Day LY" so it will automatically go to that day. This would save about 4 clicks to adjust the "start and end date" of the data you are trying to receive and makes it easy to toggle back and forth so you can do a quick comparison to understand what may or…

  10. It would be nice to have a (Red Book). For quick viewing now that we have had our system over a year. call my I can explain 423-972-2184

Red Book compairs sales to prevous year by the hour. Also each day we can enter things like weather, parties, employee issues, local events and other things that might have effected sales that day. You could also have a colom for forcasted sales by the hour to compair to.

    HI! Thanks for the suggestion.
We do have a similar feature in our “Forecasting” option. This would allow you to set today’s forecast based on last year’s sales +or – a %, or on an average of the last 6 weeks, etc. It also allows you to enter a note and disregard a particular day from the forecast if unusual events have impacted it. Here is an article about it: https://thrivepos.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/938424-managing-sales-forecast-and-labor-budget

This translates into forecasted sales by hour on the daily schedule screen https://thrivepos.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/938562-create-labor-schedule-daily

We’ll be working on some improved forecasting reports in the future as we continue to develop Thrive Analytics.

    Thanks,
    Duessa & Thrive Product Team.
